Domestic:  Our standard policy is to ship within 24 hours after payment clears, and to keep your shipping costs the lowest they can be (if an item is not eligible for free shipping).  

Default shipping method is USPS (United States Postal Service), which is generally the best value.   Priority Mail is required for items priced above $100 (we pay the insurance);  otherwise you can choose from Priority, 1st Class Mail, and slower Parcel.  Contact us before checking out to have insurance added (we'll hold your item in reserve for 24 hours).   USPS automatically provides tracking for all its shipping methods.

We are open to shipping via reputable U.S. based shippers such as FedEx and DHL, but we need notice if you wish to use them.  We will hold the item you intend to buy in reserve for 24 hours. No other third party shipping services are available.

International:  We ship internationally to the countries of Canada, Western Europe,  Japan and Australia.  We ship after payment clears, generally within 24 hours (weekdays) and will keep in close contact with you to let you know when that happens.  We ship via USPS international shipping, with methods providing tracking preferred.   We suggest you contact us for a quote first (we'll reserve the item for you 24 hours) so we can work out the fastest, most economical way to get your purchase to you.
