Mid Century 50's feminine elegance~ this 1956 Napco lady vase with upswept beige-blonde hair, original “pearl” jewelry, and vivid beautiful makeup is known to collectors as the "I Love Lucy" model. Originally sold by florists and in gift shops, the "Lady Vase" has taken off as a collector's phenom, is getting ever rarer. She is 5-1/2 " high and about 5-1/4" wide.
Details: True vintage. Markings: "C2633A Napco 1956." Has original National Potteries foil label & furniture protector. Light allover crazing, not visible until one is very close, she has no cracks, chips, breaks or repairs. Minor finish loss to the faux pearl jewelry and one of the earring findings. Paint quality: original & typical of the genre. Most likely made in Japan.
